Priscilla and Brandon tied the knot yesterday on a gloriously sunny day. It has rained the past few days, so they were fortunate to get beautiful blue skies and puffy white clouds. The full moon rose as the sun set and much fun was had by all. Cinnabar Hills is a gorgeous site for a wedding, and as you can see, Priscilla was a gorgeous bride.

Priscilla and Brandon, THANK YOU for allowing me to document your day. I cannot tell you how much I loved getting to witness your day unfold. The love of your family and dear friends is very apparent, you are truly blessed!

Oh Anthropologie how I love thee….. I think I could spend our whole yearly income here which is why my husband gets nervous every time I mention the name. From the cutest clothes to hair accessories and home decor, they have all that I need.

And lastly, how cute are these macaroons from L’epicerie? Packaged separately, they would make delightful favors for a bridal shower or wedding!

Lighting Workshop

It was so fun having the opportunity to attend an off camera lighting workshop hosted by Lawrence and Doug of Furious Photographers and Vu and Lan of The Bui Brothers. It was so fun having the opportunity to attend an off camera lighting workshop hosted by Lawrence and Doug of Furious Photographers and Vu and Lan of The Bui Brothers. The location couldn’t have been better- Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel…. the view from the suite was breathtakingly beautiful.  Lawrence, Doug, Vu, and Lan are all incredibly talented and friendly guys and were generous to share some great information. We had two gorgeous models and had a couple minutes to take a few photos on our own. Here is what I got- I am so excited to incorporate some new techniques in my wedding and portrait work. The bonus??? Meeting lots of new photographer friends!
