When Julie and Rob contacted me about photographing their wedding, I was beyond delighted. Julie is the sister of one of my dearest friends and it was an honor getting to document such a joyful event in their lives.Thank you so much Julie and Rob for having me- I enjoyed every minute of it!
The September vineyard wedding of Julie and Rob in Morgan Hill was so much fun and gorgeous! Julie’s parent’s backyard was transformed into a chic wedding venue that was thoroughly enjoyed by all of their guests. This was a destination wedding for Julie and Rob as they reside on the east coast. They held their ceremony and west coast reception in Morgan Hill and had a second reception on the east coast the following weekend.
Now this group knows how to party, and from what I hear, what I witnessed in Morgan Hill was nothing compared to the festivities at the east coast wedding reception! Being huge Boston fans, they had a 7th inning stretch at 7pm with Sweet Caroline on the west coast. Apparently, on the east coast, Wally himself (the mascot of the Red Sox) made an appearance for the 7th inning stretch- love it!
Congratulations Julie and Rob- and welcome home from your honeymoon in St. Lucia! The link for the slideshow is at the end of the post.
The entryway of the house is stunning and made a perfect backdrop for Julie’s beautiful dress.

I love this shot of the guys taken before the ceremony.

The vineyard made for a lovely ceremony site.

Super fun and cute bridal party!

Love this yummy sunlight.

Aren’t they the cutest?

It really was a perfectly lovely reception. They kept guests mingling by having food stations and no assigned seats. Guests were free to move around and eat as they wished.

Nearly everyone danced- so fun!

A last dance alone.
